We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, kindly contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you received a damaged item, we’ll send you a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment account within 24 hours of receiving the returned item. We will notify you by email once your refund has been issued. Please note that it can take several business days for bank or credit card companies to process and post refunds.
