We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Items may be returned within 30 days of reception. They must be in the same condition in which they were received.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment account within 24 hours of receiving the returned item. We will notify you by email once your refund has been issued. Please note that it can take several business days for bank or credit card companies to process and post refunds.
